Monday morning, in the 'space of the Way', we practise this ancient art to help us be grounded and open, return to balance, restore connectedness with oneself and all beings, and learn to live well.

Moving Meditation

Through Qigong and Mindfulness, we learn how to live well, return to balance, restore connectedness with oneself and all beings, and remember we are nature.

No Qigong or mindfulness experience require.

Sessions are sometimes in person at Islington Ecology Centre and sometimes online.

This is a weekly Qigong programme at Gillespie Park/Ecology Centre born out of the Islington council funded course which finished in December 2023.

Having experienced the benefits, the participants were keen to keep the course running, and it shifted into a crowd funded course.

You are welcome to book a place or just drop in with a contribution (suggested £10-15/session) towards the running of the programme and supporting someone who may be experiencing financial difficulties but would like to join.
