About the event
Take a pause. Breathe. Tune in with the wisdom of nature and your inner wisdom. Listen. Respond. We can facilitate our own regeneration. Unearth the true potential of being human.
We will (re)discover the art of connecting with ourselves, with others, and with the rest of the natural world. Feel the earth beneath our feet, immerse ourselves in nature, and embark on an introspective journey into our inner landscapes. We’ll pause and breathe. We'll also explore and play with movement in different forms.
This session, guided by two certified Mindfulness Teachers - Ariyananda & Yvona Nov, offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with oneself and the world, fostering healing and growth.
What to expect?
- A 90-minute immersive experience in nature
- Coming to our senses, deepening our connectedness with nature
- Mindfulness practice and breathing exercises
- Mindful movement incorporating elements of Qigong, Yoga and Feldenkrais
- We will finish with a sharing circle and co-produce a collective poem.
What to bring?
Wear loose and comfortable clothes and suitable shoes for a forest walk. Bring your water bottle or flask to keep you hydrated, and perhaps snacks too.
Cost?
We offer this event based on donation, as a practice of generosity.
Guidelines
You don't need to have any previous experience in meditation or mindful movement. We will ensure that this event is inclusive for everyone. All we ask is that you bring a bit of curiosity and an open mind and heart.
During the workshops, all activities are optional. Our guides will give invitation rather than instruction. Please feel free to follow what resonates with you. Your comfort and well-being are very important, so please make sure that you take care of yourself and honour your comfort/discomfort zones.
