About the event
Take a pause. Breathe. Tune in with the wisdom of nature and your inner wisdom. Listen. Respond. Learn from the trees and unearth the true potential of being human.
We will (re)discover the art of connecting with ourselves, with others, and with the rest of the natural world. This workshop is an opportunity to tune in with the quiet presence of trees and learn from their resilience, strength, and tranquillity.
This session, guided by two certified Mindfulness Teachers trained with Bangor University/Mindfulness Network - Ariyananda & Yvona Nov, is an occasion to reconnect with oneself and the world, fostering healing and growth.
What to expect
- A 90-minute immersive experience in nature: Activities designed to connect ourselves with the wisdom of trees.
- Coming to our senses: A slow, immersive walk among the trees and coming to our senses to deepen your connection with nature.
- Mindfulness practices: A variety of mindfulness practices including breathing and movement based in Qigong and Yoga.
- Reflection and Sharing Circle: A sharing circle and creative activities, creating a space for communal learning and growth.
