Qigong, with gentle and accessible movements and breathing, helps calm and rebalance the body, mind and heart. It has been practised for thousands of years for general wellbeing and healing.

You will leave feeling both relaxed and energised, and take this wonderful practice anywhere you go.

1-2pm Wednesdays 24th July to 11th September

Drop-ins welcome.

No experience needed.
