In this East and South East Asian Heritage Month, we launch our first event by reconnecting to our own east Asian roots to bring you an immersive experience of embodied presence, mindfulness, community and connection.

Beneath the banyan tree, we remember we are nature, we cultivate embodied presence through mindful Qi Gong, and we foster connectedness around a tea ceremony, sharing stories of our heritage.
