About the event

The Heart Circle is an exploration through meditation, mindful movement and guided dialogue, from a permaculture perspective. We reconnect with ourselves, others and the world by tapping into the deeper ecology that holds us all together. As a group we will create a space to contain our presence, stories, joys, vulnerabilities and insights.
This playful, yet intimate space is facilitated by Ariyanandā from Open Ground and Michel from Social Landscapes.
Refreshment provided. If you can, please bring your own cup. And you are very welcome to bring any goodies to share.
